My Café Cart
I Refurbished an Old Cart!
A What?
A café cart! Or, a coffee cart, or anything else you want to call it. It's a cart that I have laid out for my daily coffee prep.
It started life over FORTY years ago as a kitchen cart or food prep cart; jump to the present where I sanded down every inch and replaced the wood top with a freshly stained solid slab to match my countertops. After a quick few coats of paint on the lower shelves and a fresh polish on all the shiny bits, it's now a beautiful little workstation.
And, well, that's about it. This is really just meant as an introduction to coffee posts here on The Sit-Down Café Blog (hmm, very fitting to have coffee on a café blog) and to show off my first do-it-yourself project in quite some time.
For now, enjoy some more pictures and let me know what you want to see next!
